Pros

New experiences, free travel to different states, good company benefits, personal growth

Cons

low pay, management will send you to c or d class properties and if you are experiencing discomfort due to the location they will not be understanding. When being sent to a rougher area where you could experience danger or safety issues you should automatically be places in a hotel instead they will expect you to stay on site for the 2 months while they are back at home in better circumstances. Expected to meet unrealistic sales goals for certain properties. Pay is not enough if you have bills while trying to survive in a different state for 2 months Employees must work practically everyday of the week with no days off unless the properties office is closed BUT during initial start up meeting managers will ask if they would like the class employee to come on the closed day. This leaves you no days to have a break/ catch up on laundry/ catch up on mental health/ grocery shop and do any of your personal needs which can feel very overwhelming

Pros

Travel on the company dime but because you're so busy you can't really explore the cities you are in.

Cons

Before I even left the head office, I was told to get there and lie to my client. This immediately rubbed me the wrong way. Upper management back in Atlanta love to micromanage you so much but then when you actually need help, they are nowhere to be found. My advice to management, give your specialists a day off and pay them higher. Salary is $15K starting which is absolutely insane while working 7 days a week. You get to go to cool places but you have absolutely no time to explore or do anything since you're working so much. I submitted my resignation shortly after being offered a better job and immediately, the management turned their backs on me. I gave them a proper two weeks notice saying I would finish my job and now they no longer answer my nightly calls. I'm going to continue doing my job duties and I expected the same courtesy from them but did not receive that. Very unprofessional environment and unfair treatment from management.

Pros

This job is a perfect start for someone looking to break into the property management industry in multifamily apartments. Fantastic management, a President who is very hands on and knows what she is doing.

Cons

Little room for internal growth, past scheduled raises.

Pros

Free travel and accommodations is about it

Cons

Conflicting management statements, very low pay, poor conditions at some job locations, commissions are not accurate and once you question them you are no longer treated the same, ignores fair housing standard issues and never stands up for the employee, always the client
