Pros

The financial counseling team was amazing! Everyone comes together to provide excellent member experience. Loved that everyday I was able to leave the office knowing I had helped someone improve there current situation.

Cons

I wished they offered more choices for medical benefits. The provider they offer is very limited with providers. I also wished they offered more opportunities for growth. The reason for three stars is due to medical benefits, no direct deposit, and they don’t offer any other cafeteria plans.

Pros

Family environment. The other co-workers are fantastic.

Cons

Inadequate benefits and compensation. Dead end call center job. Upper management is looking for ways to discharge seasoned employees. The continue to find new performance matrixes and are losing employees that have 10 to 15 experience.
