Pros

You have a job Perfect for parents as there is some flexibility in paid time off. Depending on who your direct leadership is and what department you're in, you can get the time off you need/work from home when necessary. Beautiful office

Cons

Gossipy co-workers False promises Poor leadership/complete lack of leadership Unclear vision Sexual harassment in office as a norm Unprofessional leadership Clint and all C-level execs play favorites Huge wage disparity between genders Poor reputation amongst the rest of the business, esp insurance, community in Austin!!! Promotes the wrong people and too late Where are the people of color?

Pros

the salaries are pretty decent. the theoretical work from home and unlimited pto sound great, too

Cons

work from home means you will be working even if you are trying to use some of that unlimited pto because you are sick, or on vacation, seriously - if your supervisor decides to send an email at 10:30 pm, he / she expects it will be handled by the morning. really. Management likes to claim an open door policy, but there are "secret" meetings all the time - tough to hide when all the offices are made of glass.

Smoke and Mirrors

Pros

Most employees are very supportive of one another and continue to work hard, almost naively trusting what they are told.

Cons

I agree with several other reviews regarding the lack of leadership/management. I think what Is most upsetting is the continual lack of absolute understanding of the core issues. Layoffs happen but the issues within this organization started LONG before the layoffs. Bottom line, greed and revenue are the driving forces of CLS and people feel and see that no matter how much you message a 'better way'. It's extremely offensive and further illustrates the delusion within this company that employees would be called into a conference room and encouraged to come on this site and post positive reviews in an effort to offset the negative feedback.
