      Breda office is fantastic Friendly colleagues Good work-life balance

      Cons

      Echoing previous reviews. Product lack focus, the company is understandably trying to pivot away from the traditional communication channels but with no proper development plans, resulting in various half-baked offerings that are not market ready. There are many products but none of them really tie together for a complete offering. With no proper systems or workflows in place, data hygiene is atrocious. Product managers don't seem to have proper answers to anything.

      Definitely don't see any, besides some good folks to work alongside who sees the same problem.

      Cons

      - Zero transparency and honest feedback from leadership, especially outside of HQ. They will give you a bunch a BS that affects your moral to kick you out. - No team work within the team, especially when you want to try to change and improve things - people would rather work on their own.z - Lack of direction from leadership within region, especially when they know nothing about the region.
