flexible working environment for some positions as their reporting boss are not in the same regions

Cons

There are many role changes that seemed to be what the managers want and not the employees. Many changes eventually lead to employees were asked to leave for not performing or they resigned because of unhappy with the new roles. The focus is not on how to improve business but to eliminate employees by changing roles

Good Benefits and compensation. Stable company

Cons

Most of employees are with the company for long time and they created their own protected circle, whenever there are new hires long timers are very distant and not open to welcome the new ones.
