Pros
The coworkers are great. I made lifelong friends. There is plenty of covered parking and access to a parking garage. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and laid back.
Cons
There is bad pay and little benefits. Sick and vacation time are the same and accrue very slowly. The projects get boring and there is no incentive to work hard.
