Solid enterprise, professionalized management. LATAM expansion in progress, so there are chances of carreer.

Cons

Low salaries. Trying to become a great place to work, but still closed to real culture changes. Chances of carreer, only if you have a godfather.

Peers are good people and hard working, especially in subsidiaries. Growing and dynamic business. Continuous investment into equipment and operations. Internationally operating in Latin America.

Cons

Pronounced nepotism. Senior management completely overburdened and disorganized. Terrible work life balance. Senior management manages business traditionally via contacts and oftentimes decide in arbitrary ways. Large company managed like a small family company..
