Easy interview process, someone technically poor will take interview and by the span or one or two questions the interview will finish.

Cons

Never expect more then 12k salary even you have more that 5 years of experience. You will be treated like a dog if you assigned in a client place even you will be forced to work 7 days a week. HR will threat you for legal action if you intend to leave the comp. before 2 months notice. Salary credits every month 12th.

Where do I even begin? Managers are horrible and do not bother about the welfare of employees. They call you to work on the weekends and make you work overtime almost everyday. If you disagree, they threaten you with termination or force you to resign. They want employees to devote 250% of themselves to the company and respond to emails on weekends,
