Company was once a good place to work.
Cons
The entire company has been in complete disarray since the senior dispatch team retired last Christmas. The DM hired to replace them quit a month later due to lack of support. The new DM has less than 6 months experience in the trucking industry and the drivers are suffering the consequences. Old, high mileage equipment that receives minimal maintenance.
