      Pros

      Very talented teams and cutting edge research. Some wonderful collaborative projects with vendors, small start ups and pharma companies of all sizes. Of all the teams in my career this was my favourite

      Cons

      Poor senior management. Terrible communications particularly around job loses. Toxic hr during downsizing, treating employee like the enemy when they are trying their best to safely handover projects. Did regular employee satisfaction surveys which in some business units where scathing, but nothing changed. The systems to manage workload and projects are clunky and beaurocracratic
