Nothing good about working at this terrible company

This place is run like a dictatorship, the management here is appalling and the owner is a huge bully who likes to have a say in every little thing. You will be micromanaged and nothing you do will ever be good enough. Company is run by fear, people are constantly getting fired over petty reasons that isn't even their fault. Staff changeover is rife here, there is a new staff member every month because they either leave due to the poor working conditions and constant bullying by the owner or they get fired over nothing.
