      support all ideas, extraordinary pay, wicked benefits, great culture.

      Cons

      long hours. THe workspace is gret, and honestly becomes a bit addicting. My wife ALWAYS complained about how much time I spent at the office.

      Pros

      CREFCO enables everyone to grow personally and professionally in a fast paced team environment. I started as a Loan Officer Assistance and quickly progressed into the Loan Officer position. Management puts a large emphasis on growing the company through the individual growth of their employees. CREFCO is a great company to work for with endless potential.

      Cons

      Quality of entry level peoples was questionable at times.
