      None, staff are treated like crap and you do not get the respect you need. No training, just threw in a job.

      Cons

      Everything. Horrible moral at company. No respect for employees. Upper management lacks compassion

      Pros

      I love the motivation and support that the entire company shows to the team and the dedication and motivation that we have to help our families who are in dire need. I love what I do and CRS by far is the best company in our line of business. To be a part of a company that takes such great care of not only the clients but the employees as well is really hard to come by. CRS highly driven customer service experience most certainly leads by example starting with our Senior Management team And they feed us and provide any snack you can think of (SCORE) :)
