      Good stakeholder, some really smart people who havent made a move yet

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, lack of direction and clarity by senior leadership. GM ans senior managers ask if i was married with kids and if that would effect my ability to commit to work

      Pros

      Good pay, great customers, free coffee and pies, the role is somewhat autonomous leaving it for you to grow what you wish to grow. There is a strong comradery within the stores, however a diconection from the wider business

      Cons

      Staff are very uninspired, early mornings, competitive industry. A lot of gossip and chinese whispers leaving culture wanting
