      Used to be a good place to work. Things are changing.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. I formed many friendships during my time there. They offered some flexibility that enabled balance of work/personal life, and challenged me to grow in my position.

      Cons

      The company is now under new ownership and this doesn't appear to be a positive thing for current employees.

      Pros

      The people at CTI Group are the reason to work there. Recent hire of new VP of Sales was a good move. Company still faces challenges as they do not have enough sales people to cover the US or European Market.

      Cons

      Company has been challenged since losing VP of Product Management over a year and a half ago. Call Recording product has not taken off as expected.
