Pros

Starts out as family atmosphere, everyone seems focused on your success and success of company, lots of cook outs, lots of food, initially seems very professionally run. CEO/Owner is fantastic person, President of Company is GREAT to work for. VP is another story.

Cons

VP basically runs it all, nothing happens without her and she is very difficult to work for unless you are one of her favorites, or you are in her "clique". Double standard makes it difficult to navigate the department, some are expected to most if not all of the work, some are just allowed to do whatever, some are allowed to take candidates from other recruiters, some recruiters are held to higher standards than others

The recruiters at CTR are only interested in "filling" the job - not in providing long-term employment.

The recruiter sent people for interviews where I was supposed to become a permanent employee and was dishonest about it to me as well.

CTR became my work family. I started as a file clerk and worked my way up to Benefits Coordinator. They always gave me opportunity to learn and advance while I was with them. I could not have worked for better people.

Cons

I was always satisfied with my employment and treatment at CTR. I cannot think of anything at this time.
