1. No flexibility 2. Management is too much involved in every little thing. Nothing is on for employees' support. 3. Timing is flexible only for management. All other employee has to maintain strict timings. 4. No appraisal or bonus if your work extra or overtime. 5. Annual appraisal is too low. 6. No facilities at all. -Not advisable for long run. -Low pay not as per market. -Don’t expect bonus at any moment they will have their own reasons for not to give bonus. -No career development. -There will be zero recognisantion for employee hard work. -Increments are not up to the mark and management will see that first converted to Indian currency and then back to AED.
