      Good for Beginner's Supportive Team Work culture is good Drug free environment

      Salary Increment is less Lack of Trainings and Opportunities to learn upcoming technologies Infrastructure is ok, Cafeteria is not good and very compact advice to have lunch from your home Washrooms are not hygienic

      Lots of learnings, be it sql, tableau, power bi or understanding the banking industry. Good money if can negotiate.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, small office, some employees are overburdened while others chill. Although, I don't know of any company where most of these problems don't exist.
