Pros

You get to see your benefits stripped away regularly.

Cons

Corporate culture is a $2.5 million house that was bought after they cut 401k benefits. It’s also in the middle of nowhere.

Pros

Free coffee, lunch one day a week, small company gym

Cons

The leadership on the marketing and technology side are in ivory towers. They over work, yell at workers and set and change priorities at will. They are protected by a CEO who is very detached and believes what ever they tell him. People are leaving left and right to get away from the sinking ship.

Pros

Free coffee, on-site gym, provided lunch once a week

Cons

Extreme micro-management from the VP level, ideas are squashed by “leaders”, lots of turnover, no one feels valued, certain leaders are often seen and heard to close their office doors to scream at subordinates, they want the moon, but only have the budget to drive down the street. They hire and have some very talented employees, but they're not allowed to think or do their job without oversight and interference.
