      Pros

      It's a job. So bad the next one will be good, guaranteed. Can't go any lower than this company ...

      Cons

      Unethical practices, poor management, no growth opportunity - strictly butt to seat- shut up and color, job description - forget it - you don't really know if your in scope or out of scope. If you do more well you don't get paid more. Once again no JD. Very poor and unqualified local management.
