You can meet some lovely people. It is a job that doesn't take much brain power. You get a few days of paid sick leave. Pay is $17 an hour.
Cons
CAAM did not tell employees about the paid sick leave. They are now refusing to give us our backpay (wage theft). The management on all levels is dysfunctional. Many of the full time staff members are rude to each other. There is no opportunity for growth in the field.
This is a beautiful, enriching, creative environment to work in. There are hardly ever any job openings and I think that says a lot.
Cons
During my stay I noticed issues between many on staff and the head of operations. I was not personally involved, but there seemed to be too much grief on a weekly basis. May have been administrative issues, or simply clashing personalities--who knows.
