Avoid this company, especially their office in Riga. The management there is shockingly incompetent. Poor communication, zero accountability, constant chaos. Decisions make no sense, and the people in charge don’t seem qualified to lead anything. High stress, low support, and a culture where issues get ignored instead of fixed. If you value your time and sanity, look elsewhere.

A cultura organizacional, de influência americana, é excelente. A empresa valoriza muito a segurança e o bem-estar dos colaboradores, criando um ambiente de confiança, sem aquele clima de vigilância excessiva ou controle rígido comum em outros lugares. Há uma preocupação genuína com as pessoas, além de bons benefícios e a prática de emendar feriados, o que faz bastante diferença na qualidade de vida.

Desvios de função com colaboradores sendo direcionados a resolver demandas emergenciais e cobrir lacunas operacionais, em detrimento do desenvolvimento estratégico esperado para seus respectivos cargos. Também há percepção de uma gestão parcial, que tende a beneficiar profissionais mais alinhados pessoalmente à liderança, o que compromete a meritocracia e o crescimento equilibrado das equipes.
