1. Felt involved and valued as a junior employee: Had opportunities to work on meaningful tasks and gained exposure to a modern tech stack. 2. Lots of fun team events, often with free food and drink.

Cons

Onboarding were a little “figure it out as you go”, probably would’ve been smoother if my manager hadn’t been on vacation right after I joined.
