      Pros

      I can't recommend this company highly enough! They truly value their employees, creating a positive and supportive work environment where everyone feels appreciated. Management leads with integrity, respect, and a genuine commitment to staff well-being and growth. With an excellent pipeline of work and incredibly low staff turnover, it's clear that people love being part of this team. A fantastic place to be!

      Great close-knit team Diverse range of projects to work on in pre-con Everyone is supported in their role Annual bonus and salary reviews Good holiday allowance and have now introduced a holiday purchase scheme

      Cons

      Could be more flexible with working from home arrangements when needed Office is located in City Centre, so trains can be unreliable, but driving in would lose more issues
