      every year the company goes through a restructure, one of the worst companies to work for if you want a heart attack and be put at risk of redundancy every year

      Cadent is a fantastic company to work for, the culture in the workplace is like no other. I feel very supported by my peers and managers. Super proud to work for an amazing company.
