      only care about profits, not people

      Pros

      there are no pros anymore. this used to be a great company to work for, but no longer. they started out dedicated to changing the industry, but now they are worse than the others.

      Cons

      completely incompetent management. upper level managers are inexperienced. they hire service advisors with no industry experience to save money. shops are overstaffed with technicians. all of the top master techs have already quit. the founder of service first left millions of dollars on the table and quit because of the direction caliber collision is going with this company. there is only career growth in this company if you start at the very bottom, but you cannot go very far.

      There really isn't anything positive I can say about this company. Definitely felt like working as a wolf in sheep's clothing.

      Cons

      Service advisors are driven by greed and guests are being sold services that aren't necessary. Your business practices aren't much different than your competitors.

      They loved helping customers in any way possible.

      Cons

      They treat their employees like dirt. They do not pay even close to the amount of work they put on your shoulders. If you try to file a complaint, it gets brushed under the table and you end up getting hassled by management for bringing anything up. People get talked down to and passed up on job opportunities if you try to speak up and go against the grain. nothing is professional behind doors. Would highly NOT recommend.
