Pay. Friendly coworkers. Office amenities like free popcorn,LOADS of microwaves and refrigerators for employee use.
Cons
TRAINING!! Only downside but it’s a HUGE downside. Most people I talked to had been there less than 6 months EVERYONE I talked to said that even after MONTHS they still felt lost. Rules change from day to day and told different things by two different people in lead positions.
Also you HAVE TO get 40 hours. If you miss work for whatever reason you have to make it up within that week.
Work from home, no cold calling required. My sales team in a year saw 7 sales people leave due to poor leadership from the Senior Team.
Cons
The owner is over involved and will sabotage your deals at the drop of the hat. Poor structure in leadership with too many family members running key positions without the requisite skills needed. Policy changes week to week so you never know where you stand on anything. No raise in spite of successful 1st year in sales based on "moodiness". Turnover is insanely high.
