      - salary, office space, nice people

      Cons

      - not understanding, expect you to do over-time even if you can finish daily tasks on time, does not tolerate sick days well

      - Stable business - Colleagues are friendly and professional - Management is transparent though sharing information about the company on a periodic basis

      Cons

      - No pension plan (i.e. no matching/top up incentive) available to regular staff - No stock option plans or stock purchase plan available to regular staff - Perception of being controlled by strategic partner
