there is no pros for this company. You are a slave to the company and they don't care about your well being.

Cons

You will be most likely start at less than 14 dollars and hour and you will get less than 25 cent raise for every year. you will not move up in this company. You will probably leave in one year. You will probably hate your decision working here.
