The messy and chaotic leaders of Calsoft Systems make the lives of the employees much more difficult. My work is adequately challenging. I learn a lot from doing my job. However, adding the disorganized leadership to the equation makes my work much more stressful and confusing. The leaders also add unnecessary pressure on the employees, leading to even more stress and sometimes even burnout.

What made it frustrating wasn't the complexity—it was the lack of clarity, because instead of working from clear specs, it often felt like piecing things together based on partial information, then finding out later it wasn't exactly what was needed... and having to redo it. That kind of trial-and-error approach might work occasionally, but when it becomes the norm, it slows everything down and just feels inefficient.
