Teachers are great, 75% of students/families are really great, easy to work with a joy to teach, 15% are very entitled and can cause issues. Lunch is free Recourses are available to teachers (classroom supplies etc.)
Cons
Long days, low pay Admin will not stand up for teachers, very easily give in to the powerful families who control what happens. If you are a teacher who simply shows up to work and does not voice opinions you will love it here. I have seen many teachers come and go, the ones that disagree or raise a concern are almost always fired or forced out. Lack of diversity, women, lgbtq. A lot of white men in charge
