Great work culture, benefits are decent.

Cons

Expectations are unclear from management, everyone is a “VP” or “Director,” CEO hires athletes he likes. Mismanagement of new employees, lack of direction for career advancement, no formal performance scoping for employees and no clear track for what role an employee will fit for each individual contract.
