Pros
Non-management coworkers are great, somewhat flexible schedule, industry, some networking opportunity.
Cons
Employees are not valued. Company overspends on management and does not handle budgets well. Multiple rounds of lay offs in company history, two rounds of lay offs in my time there. No upward mobility, company seems to be lacking long term goals.
