The employees are great to work with, well…some.

Cons

They think they control you. Travel for three weeks out of the month. No communication, they do not abide by their policies. They will not accept your doctor notes, you’ll be fired just cause. HR has no idea what they’re doing. They make their own rules. The polish are trying to run the US plants, they’re hiring 100+ immigrant workers to run a line at the Muncie Indiana plant. They lie , lie and lie !!!!

The Benefits are not horrible aside from very little vacation. Point system. Only used mainly to fire real problem employees.

Cons

Same type company 15 miles away paying 30% more per hour.
