Pros
The team was very talented and collaborative. Great experience on a personal level. My team in particular was supportive, eager, hardworking and very friendly!
Cons
Approval processes for comms pieces is lengthy and laborious. Every title, paragraph, comma is debated in an endless back and forth between managers and department heads. A waste of time and energy, while the urgency of the subject gets diluted. Too much mobility within the team leads; vision and focus shift with each change in leadership.
