Good culture, people are nice and easy to work with, professional.

I reported to the HR Manager/Business Partner in Singapore, it was strange/weird as I was urged to have a "more than co-worker" relationship where I had to constantly text/speak/meet with her to keep her entertained instead of focusing on my work professionally.

There are some nice people in the marketing and finance departments who come to work to do their job and who are very professional too.

Cons

Where do I begin? This place is run by bullies. They insult coworkers regularly and gossip is rampant. They set up people to fail if they don't like them and talking loudly and swearing is common here. And if you are bold enough to speak up to management it gets worse. Ironically you have to take a harassment course when you start working there and everything they say they will not tolerate...is tolerated.
