I have been working at Canadian Tire full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Coworkers, sometime days go by quick during busier seasons

    Cons

    - Getting berated by customers for stuff that's out of your control - Management is mostly a miss and do not really care about what you go through, but rarely you get that good manager or 2 that actually treats you well and understands the stuff you go through. - You have to learn as you go most of the time, so expect to figure out a lot of things on your own. - Being asked to do tasks that literally make no sense given the circumstances i.e during winter tire season, sometimes you will be given a task like fill these 3 aisles and do picklists, but there is a massive lineup at your desk for tires. then they ask why you didnt do your picklists? ;////// - Answering a lot of stupid questions. i.e. which product is better? then they get mad at you when you don't know and then they say but you work here how do you not know? ༼ つ ಥ_ಥ ༽つ - Sometimes, you just cant get any help and your forced to deal with many people at a time during busier seasons. - Honestly there is many more cons, i just cant be bothered to list them all. These are the major ones though, at least in my experience so far.
