Management is a joke. Horrible, self centered. No respect for employees. Only consider working here is you are a "yes" person. There is no encouragement of free thought. If you disagree with anything management have to say, they will threaten to fire you and then plan a stratergy to do so. The company claims to care about employee development but this is far from the case. No chances of internal career advancement. They would rather put their money on someone new that advance people who have worked for the company for years.

The management team has no strategy, no objectives for the future of the company'; and no clue on how to run a public company. They are bunch of "wanna be" cow boys, who are just there for the "tittle" and the salary without doing their job. Some of the Sr. managers are at best qualified for entry level positions, yet hold executive positions. Due to their lack of ability, they insecurity drives away any capable talented employees. The politics, the insecurity and abusive behavior of the management team is toxic and contagious.
