      Pros

      Many brilliant and passionate people who believe in the company's mission - many having been there for years.

      Cons

      The long string of senior hires who are quickly dismissed. I personally know of 8 in about a year. There could be more. Really low EQ score at the top. Complete lack of open discussion and massive bottleneck.

      Pros

      A growing and stable company with a lot of potential. The office space is modern, and the location is very convenient with good accessibility.

      Cons

      The management fosters an aggressive and hostile atmosphere. You have to be a 'political animal' every minute of the day just to survive. Human Resources are fully aware of the situation and provide complete backing to this behavior. The overall environment is unpleasant; employees are treated like children in a kindergarten, with management more focused on 're-educating' people than on professional growth. I strongly urge you to read previous honest reviews and ignore the perfect 5-star ratings——it is obvious they are fake and fabricated. they do not reflect the reality of working here."

      Pros

      Interesting Space. Lack of competition makes company successful.

      Cons

      Depending on the team you are part of, it may or not make sense to work at Candex. Avoid if you need to work from US or closely with CEO. Micromanages, lacks social skills, does not know how to provide productive feedback and constantly changes direction. While company has grown, seems to be hitting some walls. CEO's behavior will not be conducive to a positive outlook long term.
