The software is amazing but the execution is from the last decade.

Cons

Bad management, no wionder they have chucked 42 employees out of a team of 114, have no business management skills, cant negotiate with investors, dont pay their comms, before joining ask them if they have paid to any and ask them to show proof. bThey will hire yoiu if you are fresher and make you work 10 to 12 hours a day. Complete lala company work culture.

Great People, Great Product, Great Location, pay well

Cons

they are moving so fast that they do not know what they want from their customer-facing sales staff. They are ruthless. They do not think of their staff as family, they are merely cogs in the drive train of the business, and they will be cast aside as soon as the business needs change.
