Pros

Allows employee with no real commitment or passion. Allows employees with no morals or integrity Allows employees to past time daily

Cons

Hardworking employees doesn't gets recognised however the opposite type gets 'reconigiton' and rewards. Employees whom worked 'long' time are supposed to be promoted and gets the due rewards or promotion even non performing over the hardworking peers. Too "Japanese culture' environment thou it's in Singapore.

Pros

21 days Annual Leave and 21 days sick leave, can wear casual on Fri and eve of public holiday, can claim insurance annually(eg. rider), dental/optical SGD200/year, transport allowance of SGD100 for executive and above. Get to use Microsoft 365 enterprise account, good for work collaboration. Can come back late from lunch break and no one really care as long as you are productive and your work is justified.

Cons

Leaders are followers here, no room for creativity in setting strong marketing strategies. Lack of marketing creativity. Top mgmt select the wrong people to lead and does not retain talented ones that really knows how to work, talented staff does not get promotion when deserve. Must wait 2 years to be considered for promotion, depends on work contributed to the numbers. Chosen promoted leaders are based on tenure and flattery skills. Shortchange on VB to those who scored very well in KPI or worked hard to achieve more than what was expected in the year due to “bell curve” and “not your turn yet” attitude. Does not care on skillsets, as long as you are known for flattery, working late and sending emails at night to show you are hard working. Leaders have no idea how to optimize and fully use Cloud tech in MS365.

Pros

the only good thing is the location.

Cons

Unapproachable co-worker(s), superior who is not willing to listen to your concern and has no respect/empathy towards your well-being and request. HR who is also unwilling to listen to both sides of the story because HR only has company and management's interests in mind, unfair and not impartial; cold and unfeeling. Lack of structured on-the-job training to help new hires to ease into the new environment and be clear of their job scope. But then again. perhaps not the entire organization is like this but there is always a black sheep somewhere. Extremely cold environment and I’m not just talking about the air-conditioning. Stifling environment. For those thinking that u want to join a company that gives u learning opportunities, quit that thinking because they expect u to pick things up in speed lightning and expects u to deliver in a couple of weeks. Even better when u are able to work outside office hours
