I have worked with a few of the largest insurer in the country and the main difference with Cansure is that bureaucracy is essentially non existance. My experiences prior to Cansure, there are always multiple layers for our voices to be heard. At Cansure, my direct leader acts as a gateway between staffs and senior executives. He is emphatatic, and yet business focused! The kind of leader that could give the team directions while still rallying us by hearing our voices. Our President does the same, and will reach out to staffs when appreciations are due, or simply to clear the air. I have never spoken to any company's president other than at Cansure. Clearly his leadership style transcends to other leaders within the company. I have never felt this confident in my career path and the company's future.
