I'm really sorry to hear this. The work can be challenging and it's not always easy. We're continually striving to get to the best answers we can. And it means bringing in the right team with the right expertise and experience. That includes freelancers, many of who have worked with us for many years, as and when they're needed. We take diversity seriously and it's something we pride ourselves on. Even though our team's diversity is almost twice the industry average, there is still massive room for improvement and we're continually looking to be better. Nick, the MD, has always had an open-door policy and is supportive of people across the business regardless of seniority. Our most talented junior employees rise very quickly, and the pathways are clear. There is no favouritism, we promote only on merit. Unfortunately in the last three months, three people did leave for new opportunities (including an MSc scholarship) but we're fortunate overall turnover is low.If you need any support at all please reach out to one of us.
