      Salary on timing, technosavey, innovative, single one who is organised in the photobook segment, ignoring the competitors, don't have strategies to counter the competition

      Cons

      Direct sale, not competitive in strategies, sales guys have to carry fully loaded bag like courier boys. Policing on sales guys through tracking system, No standard leave policies.
