Agents and corporate staff are treated extremely poorly and given no respect. Extremely hostile work environment. I would not recommend working here to anyone including agents and corporate employees. Everyone is a number. Expectations are changed daily. There is no positive feedback or reinforcement. I have never felt so overworked and unappreciated in my entire career.
