This company is completely disorganized & there is no communication between departments. Nobody knows what anyone else is doing. They claim to be an innovative technology company, but all their products are old & outdated. Instead of improving the products, the owner relies on winning law suits against other companies for patent infringement. Never have enough inventory to meet customer demands – partially due to cash flow issues (accounts on financial hold). They do not care about their customers – most do not have a choice to go elsewhere so they are “trapped”. Executive Management has a “it’s good enough” attitude about everything – never spending enough time to do even one thing right. They do not care about their employees – everyone is expendable, and they make sure you know it. The vast majority of employees have been there about a year or less. The turn-over rate is crazy! They only have about 50 employees & had 10 leave in a single year! There is a very negative culture. The owner is Chinese and the employees are extremely segregated. The boss's boss is an absolute nightmare! She comes in to the office and screams at people; she is condescending and rude. She told the previous HR manager that she was too fat & needed to lose weight! She has been personally responsible for multiple people simply walking out. The PTO/Vacation is seriously lacking. You only earn about 3 hours of PTO per month, and don’t start accruing any vacation time until after you complete your first year. They are closed the entire week between Christmas & New Year – which would be great, except it’s unpaid & you’re not likely to have that much PTO/Vacation time available. They recently realized they were having a hard time hiring new employees because of all of the negative online reviews. Then they asked their current employees to go online and write good reviews to make them look better. Most of those employees are very new & don’t have a real feel for the company yet. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Pros

There are absolutely ZERO things about this company that can be considered pros including pay, benefits, time off and vacation.

Cons

You will be mistreated, underpaid, under appreciated and be made to feel like you are not worthy to be working for here. They may say that it's an American company but it sure is not run like one. Many people haven't received raises in many many years.
