To give a brief overview, under financial wellness benefits, we have Allowances like Shift and On-call allowances, variety of Tax saving options under Other Allowances and Reimbursements, Additional Financial Assistance programs for medical exigencies as well as Discount Benefits. There are internal audits and benchmarking exercises conducted to provide Benefits to our colleagues at par to the market standards.
