      Capital Caring used to be a great place to work now it's gone to hell in a hand basket.

      Pros

      The Capital Caring staff that go out into the field to patients homes are the ones I know really do care about the patients.

      Cons

      Most of the Management at Capital Caring really do not care for their employees. Its starts from the CEO down to Operational and some General Managers. It's all about the money Capital Caring can make.

      They should change the name of this horrible company to "Capital Don't Care".

      Pros

      Paycheck (most of the time) Benefits ok

      Cons

      Senior management promotes and condones a hostile and harassing workplace environment, resulting in poor moral, very high turnover and poor retention. (One department experienced 200% turnover on one year due to incompetent management) Management is unqualified and inept (CEO has no experience at the C level anywhere, one VP was recently let go by another large company) Nepotism is the norm (Friends and family) regardless of experience and qualifications. Very poor leadership, focus is not on patients welfare, but rather on protecting friends jobs, and management high 6 figure incomes. Pay Rates for Nurses are intentionally far below the market level, while executes are overpaid.

      Pros

      Day to day personnel work so hard for a great cause

      Cons

      Too many to write about CEO could care less about anything but her own bank account . Board is filled with her friends and they all have the same greedy expectations.
