      All the cons in the past reviews are valid. You will feel total lost of freedom during office hours. They have proper measures in place to restrict your connection to the outside world. A management who behave like a kiddo to manage the company. No proper email ethics, is a norm to receive email in CAPS, bold and red by copying to the a group of recipients, resulted monkey business culture.
