Entry level jobs for new grads. They give you money.

Cons

Dead end job, you stop gaining skills after the six week training cycle. The job only exists for optics, your work provides no meaningful value to the world. Keep looking unless you just want sit around and collect a pay cheque. 24/7 job that requires overnight shifts. Super boring, lonely and mentally draining.

The CEO lives in a fantasy world and thinks everything he is doing is fine and great. Covering up bad issues is all too common with this company. Wake up and face reality. Salary and time off could be better.

Pay and benefits were good. Great vacation policies, assuming you were allowed to take the time off.

Cons

"We hold ourselves accountable". What that translates to is a whole bunch of finger pointing. The management folks walk away smelling like a rose while the lower level folks are left hanging in the wind. The company also tends to have a knee jerk reaction to everything. Very poorly managed and a very dumbed down corporate culture.
